10 times a day is nothing. i can get them every 10 minutes for hours on end. they slow down if i lie down so they're def BH and not early labour, but lying down isn't really an option when i've got a room full of year 4s to teach!!
they're annoying, but harmless. my mum had so many that she didn't realise she was in labour until about 6 hours in!
My SIL had heaps, at 39 weeks I went over for dinner and she kept leaning on the table complaining of Braxton Hicks, it ended up being labor and she was 9cm when she got to the hospital!
