2ww Possibly Early Symptoms?

I know scientifically it's too early for me to have any symptoms, but I'm hoping what I'm feeling is for a good cause!... What do you guys think?
I'm on a 26 day cycle most of the time. It's been pretty consistent for the past 5 months. My LMP was on 2/8. I believe I O'd around the 19th or 20th. I usually get light cramping or sharp pains in one side of my lower abdomen. We BD'd on both of those days. So I'm about 5dpo today (unless my calculations are wrong.) Last night I felt like I was getting a UTI so I checked my urine (I work in health care) and it was negative. I am having an uncomfortable feeling down below, like a pressure with some dull achy cramping. My nipples are incredibly sensitive. I have been trying to ignore any changes in myself because I know I will immediately obsess and attribute it to possibly getting my BFP. Did anyone else have symptoms this early and end up with their BFP?
