Here is a little background of my situation. I am 35 DH is 37 and we have been married for 5 1/2 years. Started TTC since 3/2013, so we are almost at our 1 year mark. Neither one of us has children and I have never been pregnant. 2 years ago my doctor diagnosed me with dysmenorrhea because of my extremely painful periods. She also believed that I may have endometriosis because of my history. She put me on continuous birth control to alleviate my symptoms and stop the endometriosis from progressing...so, I didn't have a cycle from 3/2012 - 3/2013. Once I stop taking the birth control, she said that I must TTC for 1 year before she recommends I get tested for endometriosis (because it's an exploratory procedure...or something like that). Well, it's almost a year and I have scheduled an appointment with her for 3/18/2014. So, here is my question...I am 3 days late and AF still has not appeared. 2 days before AF was due, I noticed small brown spotting in my underwear. When I wiped, there was nothing. I thought, fantastic, maybe this is implantation bleeding. The following 2 days there was nothing. But on the day that AF was due, I noticed some slight cramping and a headache. I was crushed, I believed AF was coming. Brown spotting only when I wipe started showing up on CD 30 and CD 31 (which are 2 and 3 days after AF was suppose to arrive). I have slight cramping, fatigue, heavy feeling breast with really sensitive nipples. I took a HPT on CD 30 and CD 31, both negative. Based on my OPK test, I had a LH surge on CD 17. Where is AF? She normally shows up on CD 27 or CD 28. She has never been this late before. Sorry for this long story, but I wanted to be as detailed as possible.

Wait a few days and if af still hasn't showed, test. If it is still negative, I would count the days of spotting as a very light period.

I word get blood test done next week

I am a week late and getting bfn

So frustrating......

When my AF was due I had tons of cm and cramping but nothing .......

When i got my second bfp i had spotting the day AF was due to start and i believed i was out that month. I didn't test because i thought AF was coming. Then over the next few days the spotting got lighter and lighter so i tested and got a bfp. I have known some women to be over a week late before they get their bfp. Good luck i hope you get a bfp!
