3 dpo and having severe cramping...any ideas??

Hi everyone! I'm 3 dpo and yesterday started with pain in left side radiating to my hip. Also had slight headace. Last night the pain got worse like cramping all across my tummy below bellybutton. Took paracetemol which helped but still feel very tender like a pulling.
Anyone else had symptoms like this??

'm on 4 DPO and felt some cramping in lower abdomen and on side but not sure if it was just me wanting it to be a symptom! Hope it's a real symptom for you and you get your BFP! xx

Again, hope it is a symptom for you and you get your BFP very soon. I have had very mild cramping for past 2 days but they are more like twitches than cramping...

I am 10dpo now today and I had lots of pulling, dragging-type pains all across my lower tummy at 3/4dpo (Sunday/Monday), which then went into backache a bit too on the Monday. For a few days after that I had intermittent twinges, including a lot of left ovary twinges, but all seems a lot quieter now so I'm thinking it doesn't mean anything now

I haven't taken a HPT but have been peeing on some OPKs over past couple of days (as lines on these were a sign I was pregnant last time). Had a couple that have shown very, very faint second lines but not enough to make me thing a HPT would be positive x

I'm currently 10 dpo and I've had a slight cramping/pulling feeling continuously since about 3dpo. I've also had a headache for a week, but I'm prone to headaches, although not like the ones I've been experiencing for the past week. FX for you!!!

I am 3dpo today and having horrible cramping on the right hand side. Dont feel right in myself - got a headache and feeling sicky. Had some spotting today too. Know it's way too early for implantation spotting - very confusing! Wish I had an xray machine which could shed a little light!!!
What on earth is going on?????

After you ovulate the follicle that is left over forms a corpus luteum cyst, and sometimes it can be painful!

Think you would be a very rich lady if you had a machine that could tall us all. I also have had the cramping I am meant to be 2dpo but think I o'd earlier so maybe 3/4 dpo xx

It's so strange - I feel really bizarre today. Not sure if it's me thinking about it too much but there's no denying the cramping and spotting that's there. Is your cramping on one side or both?

My cramping has been since thursday morning I was meant to ov on friday hence why I think I did it early.. The pain/cramping/stabbing/pulling/twisting kind of pain is on my left side. Also have a heaviness like period pain. Maybe I have had to much TTC...... TMI???? Also weeing more and have a kind of slippery cm cross between the pre ov mucus and the ewcm.... Dont know if all that info helps...... xxx

I'm exactly the same as this. Cramps have eased this morning, but did some exercise and was much more hot and sweaty than normal...tmi! Was wondering if I got my dates wrong and ov later, maybe was ov pains but can they last 48 hours?? Confused!!

The cramps I had with my last 3 pregnancies were like this so I know its not ov pain. I however dont want to think it is indicators towards my as I would be gutted if I was wrong.... xx

I'm 4 dpo, and have had cramps and sore boobs too, despite having none of my usual symptoms on day of Ov. Its my first month of charting after 3 annovulatory cycles, so am dubious as to whether i have actually ovulated despite my FF chart saying i have. Can FF be wrong???

I'm having the exact same pains today at 4dpo! I had SEVERE pains on my left side today. Worse than AF and it's really not even close. I said "Ow" multiple times and had to stand up and walk around (even though that didn't help). It was sort of off and on, but very sharp. Really strange! Was trying to tell myself not to symptom spot this month, but it's hard when something like that happens. It can't be implantation though, seems way too early for that. Af is due on the 19th. Crossing my fingers for a BFP!! Good luck ladies! Keep us updated!
