3 dpo and pain in my left ovray

I'm now 3 days after my ovulation and started in the 4th , I feel pain in my left ovray and in my back on left side too and milky CM.. does this mean any thing ?
I know its toooo early but i hope this could be a good sign

i had alot of one-sided cramping on the left side but i dont remember when it started. i know it was strange that i normally had excruciatingly painful cramps all between ovulation and my period. the month i fell pregnant, i had absolutely no cramps and when i did have cramps, they felt like nuzzling sensations, almost too soft and sweet to be considered cramps and the one-sided cramping i was talking about didnt start til 4 weeks pregnant as far as i can remember.
