I woke up this morning with a terrible backache !! It's not like my normal back pain either it reminds me of labour ... Anyone else with a sore back today ?

I always get a terrible sore back before, durning and after AF. Sometimes it's so bad I have to stay home from work because sitting in a chair is just painful.
It's lovely.

Gah it's so uncomfortable ! And with pains in my c section scar and cramps in my uterus my whole lower torso is going through hell 
I'm no where near AF so I don't think she's the culprit lol I've been crampy since the day before O and it's just gotten worse since. I'm ready for AF though maybe next cycle will be a bit more forgiving
