3 faint positives then negative blood test?!!

I got 3 faint pink lines on pregnosis preg tests then blood work came back negative day’s after. could it still be too early for bloods to detect pregnancy? Or am I really not pregnant.
Have nausea daily also TIA

I don't know the sensitivity of those tests. But how far along were you when you got the first faint bfp? Also, what level does you doc office deem test not positive?

Blood work is more accurate than a urine test. Blood test tests exactly the number of hcg in your system, so if its negative, it's clearly negative. Urine tests can be false.

my doctor just called and wants me to do a repeat hcg blood test in a week from now, she said it still could be too early for bloods to pick up pregnancy. Have been nauseated day and night for two weeks now plus faint lines on hpts. So will update once I know
