When my LG was first born she'd sleep 10/11pm-2am then 2am-4am then 4am-8am (only waking for feeding) then as she got older she went to 9pm/10pm-3am 3:30/4am-6:30/7am
But now she's falling asleep between 8pm and 9pm and waking at 11pm-12am but then gets up every 2 hours or every hour.
We do "dinner" at 7pm then bath, bottle and book and get her down for 8pm.
How do I get her to sleep longer?? I dont understand how she lasts 3-4 hours at the beginning of the night but then can barely last 2 the rest of the night.
Any suggestions for a very tired mummy?? :(

Sounds like my 11 week old baby girl!
I find it helpful to give her her pacifier when she fusses at night or patting her bum back to sleep.
I only get her up if she starts to cry!
Sometimes I can get her to 6 or 7 hours doing that!
I know u still technically have to wake up to soothe her but I am hoping the self soothing will result in longer sleeps!

Good luck

With my little guy it's because he's so exhausted he can sleep through his discomfort and pain a bit to begin with but then he feels it more. He has reflux and belly issues. Could there be underlying causes for your little one?
