30 day shred and my knees???

I cant do it every day ive tried this week to do it every day but after 3 days my knees are knakerd!!
How or what can i do to support them?

I had to stop running because of my knees and i cant go swimming because of the bambinos!

Ive really started to see a differnce after about 3 1/2 weeks of every other day my apron is starting to flatten slightly so im really into doing it but its my knees that arn't coping with it i really struggle to get off the loo, sofa walk up the stairs after!!
 
Ive had quite a bit of surgery om my knees but still do the shred. I dont go deep into squats and I dont jump too high on the star jumps.
