Im on day 20 of the 30 Day Shred, but ive had to take 5 days rest. My knees are so sore. Im only 24 & ive never had pain before in any of my joints. I decieded to take a few days rest to give them a break. Yesterday (rest day 5), i took my son swimming, & my knees were killing me sqautting down in the pool! I thought the pain would if gone by now, especially with the water supporting me. I also noticed it this mornibg when i sit/stand up from the toilet. Its painful 
I really dont want to stop doing it as i was seeing great results. Did anyone else experience this doing the 30DS? Is it going to do me permenant damage if i continue? Any advice appreciated. Thanks ladies
