30 Day Shred whilst TTC

Hey ladies, just wondered has anyone been doing the 30DS whilst TTC? I have the DVD and want to get back into it again but scared it might harm the baby if I find out that I'm two weeks pregnant or something. I'm due to O on the 13th ish so could fall pregnant around that time. Is it worth the risk do you think? Thanks :) x
 
I went to ante natal classes with a couple who run a gym. The man said his rule for pregnant women is to not do more than you have been doing, keeping up the same intensity of exercise is fine. Tbh having just completed my first 30 day shred I'd say it's too much. If I were you I'd ask a doctor of trainer for advice :flower:
 
You should ask for advice first. I tried it for a day (before TTC), and the work out is very heavy.
