Abakhan (https://www.abakhan.co.uk/) is great for fleece and wool, especially if you can get to a shop in person but I think their delivery charge is reasonable too.

Fabric Land (https://www.fabricland.co.uk/) has a good selection of everything. I've not been to an actual shop yet but I just ordered with them and am expecting good things! Their website is pretty awful but it works as a catalogue - you can't order online but I emailed a list of what I wanted, they emailed back a price then I rang and paid over the phone. They're really helpful too.

I'm going to buy a fleece blanket off ebay and make my own liners. Seems cheaper than buying it by the metre off ebay/internet.
