Hi! I am 35 year old TTC. On Dec 9 I had a TR which went really well. I had my tubes clamped only and have good length. Well my cycles have been 29-32 days usually. Last month I got AF on feb 12 and that was a 35 day cycle. For the first time in my entire history of periods I spotted 2 days before AF and then got AF. AF ended on the 17th.
Now im on day 35 with no real symptons of AF coming. I do have some slight heaviness feeling/bloated and a little gassy but no cramps. im so confused right now? I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was a BFN...how much longer should I wait and why do you think my AF changed to a longer cycle??? also I have been taking chasteberry to help with fertility which is just a vitamin..need some advice..

Please read the reviews (amazon for example) on chasteberry. If you look up fertilaid on amazon which uses chasteberry as their active ingredient, you'll find many women have had issues where chasteberry has caused their normally regular cycles to become longer and irregular. Just because something is natural and a vitamin doesn't mean it can't cause unwanted and surprising affect.

How long you’ve been taking it? As your body regulates, Chasteberry can cause your cycle to change. If the changes are not too bothersome, you should continue taking it for 3 months before you decide it isn't working for you. Your cycle should regulate in that time frame. However, Chasteberry can increase oestrogen which can throw your ovulation off. If you already have regular cycle, it can mess up with it.

There could be possibility that you have ovulated late. I would advise to wait for few more day and repeat HPT. If it is still negative and periods don’t arrive, you should book an appointment with your gyno for blood work. Personally, I don’t prefer taking supplements on my own, even though they are natural; they do have effect on our body and it could be harmful.
