I am starting to believe I am not meant to have a baby
I had emergency surgery yesterday to remove my baby from my fallopian tube and they could not save it. Also found I have endometriosis and fibroids. Is anyone else in the same situation and have PMA?? I could really use some at the moment.

didnt want to read and run cherub i cant imagine how you are feeling at the moment i just hope you are blessed with a baby one day theres still hope hun xxxxxxxxxxxx

:hugs:
You must be feeling awful and numb. I'm so sorry.
Try to keep faith, miracles do happen sometimes against all odds.
:hugs:

hey i remember you from the stillbirth section, dont lose hope just yet. you have been lucky enough to fall pregnant and i know they didnt end up good but one day it will. just try and keep positive. there is so much help out there for you.
did you only just find out about endometriosis? im not certain but i think i might have it also xx

hey Am already Pm'd u but I am right there with you babe they diagnosed my fibroid and mild endo when they removed my tube too. We definetly need to be ttc buddies when u r ready to try again. Did they say how bad the fibroid and the endo was. Curious what they come up with as a plan of action as I am dealing with the same issue. Big Hugs love.

Oh and forgot I just turned 33 last month but have been trying since I was 20

Hi hun we've met in the MC section a while ago - so sorry for your recent loss!
I am in a similar situation to you and I'm in the middle of an IVF referral.

Jenny- I remember you as well- how have you been? This was actually the first time my endo was diagnosed, but before I got pregnant the first time, they were about to do laproscopy to find out if I had it because of all the pain I was having. So it basically confirmed it.

Tansey- I remember you too. IVF huh? I think I need to start learning about that, because that may be the direction we go in as well. Hope it goes wonderfully for you :hugs:

Amy- we definitely need to be TTC buddies....I think we are going to wait 3 maybe 4 months this time, waiting to see what the doc says. I haven't even talked to the doc about the endo or fibroids- my hubby had to tell me that's what they found. I was too out of it when the surgery was over so doc just told my family. How are they dealing with your endo and fibroids?

iv been ok, finding everything a bit harder these days than the first few months! what about you? bit of a silly question really, i do hope your ok though. that seems to be my worry ectopic and miscarrige.
what sort of pains did you have? i think if iv got it, it wont be severe but then i suppose you never know until after the lap. xxxxxxxx

Well my doctor said that the fibriod was intermuscular and shouldnt affect my ability to get pregnant and removing it would do more harm that good. She said that it wasnt near my tubes or anything so it should be fine they are just monitoring it to make sure it doesnt get too much bigger. As for the endo she said that is was mild and they could put me on BC to control it but I said no to that. She said that once I do get pg it should heal itself. So I am kinda still up in the air. She did clean up a bunch of scar tissue from my first ectopic so I am hoping that will help. Same thing happened to me with my family knowing everything and telling me and of course they didnt ask all the right questions so I was more confused then ever. Had a follow up appt with my dr like a week after surgery and discussed all the issues.

Jenny- my pains before I got pregnant the first time were TERRIBLE. It was at all times during the month and sometimes it felt like my bottom was about to burst through my butt. Sorry- but that's exactly how some of them felt. Once I got pregnant those pains stopped (because preg helps endo evidently). I will talk to the doc to see if it's a mild case or what on Thursday. Hope you don't have it, but if you do, hope it's a mild case :hugs:

Amy- have you been to a fertility specialist before?

hmm i sometimes get pains like that when af is here and i need a number 2, but only just started having it, never had it before but then i was on the pill and maybe that helped.
suppose il have to go speak to my doctor soon.

i hope yours is mild 2, i hope i dont have it :( xx

Amos,
Yeah I started going after my second MC in Oct 07 my cousin is a midwife and she told me how wonderful all the FS were at her office. They did help me alot and discovered all of my issues. They put me on clomid before I lost my tube but it didnt really work for me and that is when they found out I had the PCOS. It wasnt until they removed my tube that they found the fibriod and the endo. Really dont have a next step at this point my tube was removed in April so gonna try until April this year and then go back in and see what we can do. Hope you are feeling better.
