35weeks, crampy and feeling very sick and exhausted. Is this normal?

Hiya.

I'm 35 weeks and feeling exhausted I woke up this morning with really strong cramps that have come and gone all day. I feel really sick as well, it's like baby has grabbed my uterus with both hands and is twisting it, like wringing out a wet cloth.

Any body else feel this way? I'm going to feel better tomorrow if not going to call mw
