36+1 weeks, induction booked for 38 weeks

Hi all, so ive been for a scan today and all looking good, babies around 6lbs and they have given me an induction date of 1st July. Twin 1 is head down and 2 is breach so aiming for normal delivery but they said I have to have an epidural. Anyone else have experience of this? X

I haven't got experience exactly as I had an emcs but I believe it is standard to have an epidural with twins in case you have to go to theatre in a hurry.

Ok thanks, after everything we have been through to get here I've really tried not to moan about pregnancy but im.now in so much pain in the night that I want to cry. Its 4am now, I went to bed at 12 was awake by 1245, 130, 245, then gave up at 310 and now on the sofa with the tv on. I ll fall a sleep around 6 and wake at 7 ish bllaaghhh I just don't know what to do x
