36 weeks, feeling sick, runs and achy legs

Does this sound like labour could be close? I'm 36 weeks today and had a bit of diarrheoa and feel really sick, when I'm walking around the very tops of my legs ache, only noticed this today. Iv been having shooting pains in my cervix past few days so think I may be dilating (was 2cm at 37 weeks with previous pregnancies). Or am I just wishful thinking!! Baby was 4/5th palpable at 35 weeks and can still feel baby moving near Pubic bone so think he's dropped further.
