36wks-2cm & long thick cervix

So this is baby #2

Did not expect to be 2cm already and I'm nervous as doc said usually 2nd baby comes a week before the 1st did

DD born at 38+4

Since she checked my cervix I feel cramp like when your period is gonna start. No contractions or anything.

I may be freaking out but what has your experience been with #2?

DD1 I was 9 days over . Started off on my own but then ended up having my waters broken and forceps after 17 hour labour . Had to stay in over night until late the next evening didn’t enjoy that either!

DD2 came 5 days early born 4 hours after my first contraction only in active labour 15 mins. Waters broke and she just slid out few mins later . My far the most enjoyable of my two girls . Was back home at 5pm!

Hoping this labour is the same as DD2. If second baby comes a week early than the first when is the third supposed to come lol !

Good luck, hopefully your pains are because she has checked you over and baby stays put !

I am feeling better since my cervix check but still feeling something.

I've prayed and am at peace so when DD2 is ready she will arrive.

Next appt is this Friday will update then.

No early babies for me sadly lol. Good for them but not for me. 38 weeks would be lovely!

Glad your feeling better now . Labour is a crazy thing! the just not knowing when it’s going to happen drives me crazy haha .
