The temp adjuster only really helps a little bit if you temped at different times but still had enough sleep. Unfortunately temping after 1.5 hours sleep will not give you a useful reading at all - you need at least 3 hours sleep really. I have temped after 2 and got readings that fit in with my pattern, but I have temped for eons and know my charts inside out.
By the look of your chart, I think you already noted down sleep deprivation? (white circle). Basically I think ff disregards those temps, but still lets you add them for the sake of completeness. Missing one temp like that won't make any difference overall, although sometimes if the temp in question is at 1, 2 or 3 DPO, FF might take longer to put your crosshairs in.
i'm with magic on this one jam. i would leave it as you have it now, with the open circle to make note. and see what the next three days temps are. it will make one more day of waiting, but keep ing until you can be confident that you have ovulated.
