39 weeks and feeling movement IN vagina?!

Just had first sweep today, had mild cramping, was sitting on the couch and felt movement IN, yes IN, my ladybits. Any idea what that's about??

my oldest sister told me that you will feel a throbbing sensation in your vagina when labor begins. Sounds like you are getting close
