4+2 but dizziness/ sore bbs gone

I got my first bfp on an IC on Monday at 10dpo. Today I did a clear blue and it said pregnant with 1-2 weeks since conception (about right?)

BUT I was dizzy there fit a couple of days with sore bbs but today I've felt 'normal'. Have had 2 x miscarriages before so I know I'm anxious.

Any comments would help though & I hope you're all ok x x x

I think symptoms change frequently, they come and go, i wouldn't rely on symptoms too much.
