4 month old hardly eating

In the past few weeks Phoebe's eating pattern has completly changed, she used to eat 5x 6-7oz bottles and day and sleep through the night but lately she will only take 3-4oz at each feed maybe less and is now waking up several times a night not necesserily hungry but really settled. Last night she woke up at 1am, 3am, 4-6 just cried and at 7am had 4oz.

She had a dream feed at 11pm and ate 4oz, the HV seems to think she has become confused and is drinking at night rather than in the day but we cant seem to break the cycle. Plus this doesn't answer the question of why her milk intake has gone down.

She still has wet nappies and is putting on weight but I just dont know what to do with her, she seems to have become so bored with milk and just chews the teat.

If she is still having wet nappies and putting on weight I really wouldnt worry too much,its probably just a phase Is there anything else that might be contributing?Does she seem like she might be teething a little bit?That would explain being unsettled at night and why she's chewing on the teat (to soothe her gums a bit).xxxxxxxx

She seems to be in a lot of pain with her teeth, she is constantly chewing on her hands and pulling her gums. We have tried calpol, Ashton and parsons and the gels but nothing works.

Try giving her something cold to munch on too,like a frozen/cold teething ring.
If she's not eating properly because of her teeth it will pass in a couple of weeks

wow that sounds exactly like my 7 month old daughter! shes the same aswel but its because shes teething aswel as having a cold, shes stopped taking solids all together which is worrying, i went to the dr's and they said its normal?! and to jus let it pass by..

Thankfully today she has gone back to eating more or less her usual amount of milk but she is still in pain with her teeth, I cant wait until she has her full set of pearly whites, this is awful!
