4 weeks but just dont feel pregnant?

Im 4+4 today and just dont feel pregnant. A million tests say different. I have no sickness or other symptoms. Occasional sore boobs and aching back when ive been stood up all day at work.
I think maybe because we were trying 3 years 8 months abd this is an IVF baby im just paranoid.
I cant get excited as Im too scared.
Anyone else with hardly any symptoms?

hey im nearly 6 weeks pregnant i i would of had no idea if i hadnt taken so many tests i feel completely normal no symptoms at all i have to keep taking tests to be sure x

I am the same! I am 4+4 today too and I haven't really had any sickness and my boobs only occasionally hurt (they hurt more before I actually missed my period)
I don't really feel pregnant at all!? I think it's pretty normal so let's hope we are just lucky!
