Hi all this is my first post on here so go easy, anyway hello all.

I am a 29 year old male my fiancé is 22 years old we have been TTC for over 4 years now, we have had many scans and tests my fiancé was supposidly placed on the IVF list about 11 months ago only to find out a few weeks back that she wasnt put on the list because she is under the age of 23, I have problems with my sperm I think it is the form and the count is a bit low and also I have low testosterone, I have a MRI scan booked for Tuesday to try and find the reason behind the low testosterone and also on the 1st December I have an apointment with a Hormone specialist to choose which testosterone course I would like to go on (what choices are there ands whats best) right thats me, my fiancé as had scans, lap & dies and various other tests she as no blockages but at first they found that she wasnt producing eggs every month so they put her on a chlomid cycle which was unsucssesful, she as not had any appointments for the last 10/11 months due to the hospital thinking she was on the IVF list and had been refered but now they reliese there mistake she too has an appointment on the 1st December to discuss other tests and possibilities, we are just here to get some more info and advise on what we can do to increase our chances.

All your comments welcome...

hi there. My husband also has sperm problems (low motility and morphology). He is taking vitaminis for this (Fertilaid) and it seems it has helped. His morphology went from 0% to 6% -- don't know if it was just the vitamins that helped, but it doesn't hurt. He also stopped running not to heat up.

Many thanks, I will give Fertilaid a try, as anyone else had any positive experience with this vitamin.

Also what did you mean by "He also stopped running not to heat up"

hi my husband had low count & motility & the sperms were really sluggish & were not swimming in the right direction!!! he has been taking fertile aid for nearly 3 mths now & we have just got his 2nd sperm result back....so much improvement :) they are finally swimming the right way & the count went up by 4 million!!....he has been going to the gym & swimming evry morning b4 work so i think thats helped too.....our fertility specialist said that he is doing really well & to keep taking the fertile aid....ive just been put on clomid so hoping that we get our positive pregnancy test in november :) Oh by the way meli means that you mustnt get the sperm hot in any way...no hot baths....( my husband has showers now) ...no tight fitting boxers ....no cycling...

good luck!!!

That sounds very possitive well done to your hubby for all the effort, I have put on a bit of timber the past couple of years so I am also looking to do more excersise and swimming before work is one thing I was pondering over but I have never been a very strong swimmer, Does excersise improve the sperm and also for the missis does it improve our chances of conception.

I have also read on the net that Agnus castus suppose to produce the same results as Fertilaid but is cheaper ??

think the losing the weight & taking the fertile aid has improved the sperm.....he has lost 2 & a half stone in 2/3 mths. As far as i know agnus castus is for women??? i may be wrong?? where as you can get fertile aid 4 men & women...im not taking it as im on clomid & evening primrose oil to increase cervical mucus... hope this helps!
