Oh my goodness she's GORGEOUS. Congrats LittleSpy!

Congrats Little Spy Maisie is beautful!

Bigbetty I can't believe little Fran is already 6months they grow up so quickly is she trying to move around a bit yet?

Afm- I found out about 4weeks ago that we are having a little girl. This will be my 2nd little girl and we are very excited. We have decided to name her Rebekah Veronica

Starlit- hope that moving house is going well I cannot imagine doing that when I was 34weeks pg I hope that you're all settled in before your little girl comes How is everything going with your pregnancy?

I absolutely can NOT believe Fran is 6 months old!! And I DEFINITELY can't believe Jaxon is 2 months! And that Maisie is already over a week.

My labor and delivery went pretty smoothly. I was so worried I'd be pushing for hours but it turns out I really *do* have good birthin' hips. :haha: I only had to push through 2 contractions & and only 3 full counts of 10. My OB just barely made it to the room in time to catch her. I haven't really gotten around to writing a birth story yet.

I had some pretty rough baby blues for about a week but they really started getting better yesterday. I'm totally in love with her (that wasn't automatic for me, by the way, so don't you ladies freak out if you don't feel that "instant connection" as soon as your LOs are born. That's total BS!). I have no idea what I'm going to do when I have to go back to work in October. :nope:

She started rolling over 2 days ago, has been sitting up for a good few weeks now - although she is still a little wobbley sometimes - and has started saying dadadadada a heck of a lot lol!

Congratulations on your girl btw - what a beautiful choice of name xx

So far we haven't done much - we get the keys to our new place tonight and will be moving tomorrow. Picked up boxes just now!

Everything is going peachy - I was diagnosed with glucose intolerance (precursor to gestational diabetes) a few weeks ago but we're dealing with it, changed our diet a little, I'm keeping track of my blood sugar, etc.

I actually have an appointment (not with my amazing wonderful midwife, but with the doctor I left for the midwife - hopefully won't be awkward) today.

Starlit I hope that your appt goes well and that it is not akward between you and the doc. I go to a practice with dr.'s and midwives it's nice to have both. I have GD and completely understand taking the blood sugars and having to watch your diet. I've been doing this since 9weeks and will have to continue after baby is born since they are saying that i have type 2 diabetes since I tested so early. You are definately going to be cutting it close with the moving hope you're able to get it done quickly.

Bigbetty- aww that's so sweet that Fran is starting to move and sitting up it is so much fun to watch them grow up I'm ready to have another baby to take care of but I'm still enjoying my almost 5 and 3year old and my mom says that it's still fun even when the kids get older and yay for little Fran starting to talk my kids started around then too now you just have to teach her to say mama lol

CONGRATULATIONS LittleSpy - Maisie Charlotte is just beautiful, you must be so in love :)

Betty - I can't believe Fran is 6 months already, she is just too cute :)

Starlit - hope the move is going well hun and you aren't too tired xx

AFM - my GD test was negative, which is a relief! But I am showing signs of SPD, which isn't too fun. I've been referred for Physio and Hydrotherapy so hopefully that will help, my best friend is currently 35 weeks and is on crutches with it bless her - so I'm praying mine won't be so bad!!!

Just a quick question....how "big" where you guys when getting preg? I am around 280lbs...have lost alot..but just wondering if getting preg at this weight is possible...wonderful baby pics by the way girls! :-)

I was 20stones 6lbs (286lbs) when I got my bfp!

Thanks sooo much...it makes me feel better....I know my body can do this...its just taking forever to get :bfp:6 months now.. :-( we want this soo badly...I am trying raspberry tea to help strengthen my uterus....maybe that will help this month... Congrats to you..by the way.. LOL

Thank you! It took 6 months for me to get pregnant so being big doesn't automatically mean a long wait either xx

I wish you luck for next cycle hun xx

Hey girls! (oh btw, dmfamily I was around 250lbs [and I'm 5 foot 4 inches tall] when I got my bfp)

We're all moved in! One day of moving, with DH's parents and sister and best friend helping, and one day of cleaning the old place, with DH's parents thank God, and we are DONE!

The doctor is sending me for an ultrasound on the 5th to check Miss M's growth (I honestly don't know if this means she's "too big" or "too small", the doctor is not very easy to talk to which is why I switched to a midwife...) so I get to see my girl again!

And my MIL and cousin-in-law are giving us a baby shower on August 13th :happydance: So excited!

dmfamily - I was around 290lbs when I got my bfp, and it took me 6 months :) Hang in there hun xxx

Glad you are all moved in now Starlit - bet that is a relief?!!! Now you really can relax and wait for your little princess :)

I got my GD results back and they were negative, so I'm really pleased. I still have to have a growth scan at 36 weeks due to my BMI, but that is fine. Although from what I have heard they are not always that accurate at predicting the weight - has anyone else had one, and was it correct?!! I am really struggling with pain in my hips now though, midwife thinks I have SPD :( I have been referred to physio, I'm just hoping it doesn't get any worse!!

Thank you all for answering my question..I hope this means this month it is going to work....wishing for my :bfp:

Yep! So happy. We're now on the look-out for furniture :haha:

Very achey today. Braxton Hicks, sore hips... Oh well. I think I'll go take a bubble bath in my new bathroom

Hey did anyone take anything while trying to conceive? we are using the fertility monitor...and I was thinking of taking some kind of herbs this month...like primrose oil...or red raspberry leaves... they all "supposed" to help the uterus...ect....anyone think this is a good idea? Thanks for your input! :-)
