Hey all, My temps went up again today, looking pretty promising! I think I figured out the numbers on my chart! its a count down to the test day they picked for me, because today it says four.

I never really got the hang of FF. So what does it say your test date is? I'm so freakin excited for you!!!!!

The Toilet Roll Test!
Take a roll of toilet paper, and wrap it all the way around the biggest bit of your bump, and your back, like a mid-belt.
Then count how many sheets you are!

At 21weeks, I'm 9 sheets

Wow. So I was all set thinking I had O'd Monday-Wednesday this week.

Well, when I got home from work this evening I used an opk because I had 4-5 left. It was BY FAR the darkest test line I've gotten. By way far. THEN, I dumped a bunch of ewcm (sorry tmi! ). I haven't had EWCM since Wednesday.

I seriously have no idea what's going on at this point. I'll just keep temping and opking and I'm sure it'll be more clear in a few days. I feel like it's late in my cycle for me to be ovulating because I normally have a relatively short cycle (25-27 days).
Guess we'll just have to continue just in case.
Oh darn.

No no no, it's technically still negative. I read the instructions. But it's WAY darker than any other line I've gotten since last Thursday (I've had faint lines on all of them). I had just written myself off as someone who doesn't have a strong enough LH surge to register. Or I thought maybe I drink too much water so my urine is too diluted (I drink about 4 liters most days). Anyway, it's very close to being positive. It kind of caught me off guard considering I thought I already oed & had already stopped with the ewcm for 2 days and everything. Then wham, in a 20 minute span I get loads of ewcm & a way darker opk than ever before.

I was slightly baffled because I'm on at least CD14 and my cycles are normally 25-27 days. I thought I should have oed by now. And actually, I thought I did o already between CD 10 and 12. And now... It's my first cycle temping and opking so I really don't know what's normal for me. Maybe my LP length just totally sucks or maybe my cycle is going to be longer than usual this time. Or maybe that opk was a fluke and I really have already oed. So many possibilities.

I'll just have to wait and see how it all pans out. I'm actually pretty relaxed about this cycle because really all I want to do is figure myself out a little more. I found it a little strange is all.

So yeah, sorry to post a billion times in a row but I just did another opk. The line is definitely darker than it was 5 hours ago. Still not *quite* positive but getting really close!

The top 2 are examples of the results I've been getting since last Thursday even with O pain and tons of ewcm.

I can't believe I would've totally missed this cycle if I hadn't bought those IC opks because I thought I Oed days ago!

So yeah, looks like I won't be testing on Halloween since I'm apparently ovulating like a week later than I thought.

Asfm- I think I am 7dpo today. My temps during this luteal phase have been a little abnormal kind of up and down and I had pink spotting and quite a bit of cm 2days ago then still a lot of cm yesterday. I really don't know I would like to be pg but it's probably just my body acting crazy which happens every so often.

Any new bunni r u testing today? Gl I hope this month is it for you. I'm going to try to go peek at your chart now.

I'm back to ramble some more.
I'm pretty sure last night's opk was my positive. Now that I can see it in the light of day (versus energy efficient compact fluorescent light bulbs ) I can see that half of the test line is as dark or darker than the control line. This morning's opk was very slightly lighter. Thank goodness I decided to use those "leftover" opks!

On top of the +ish opk, my bbt skyrocketed this morning. My temps before o have averaged around 96.7 or so and this morning's was 97.70!

I'm relieved. I tend to be high-strung and pessimistic (such wonderful qualities for a mother-to-be hopeful to have ) so, as usual, I had assumed nothing will work the way I expect/want it to. I had already convinced myself I was only going to get faint lines on the opks and that my bbt wasn't going to clearly shift. I'm so happy my temp shifted & the dark line showed up on the opk that I'd even be okay with a bfn this round because I feel like I'm learning so much about my cycle.
