4weeks 5 days symptoms

Excited to say I found out I AM PREGNANT!! TThis will be our 3 babies but was very unexpected because I have stage 4 endometriosis and our youngest is 9 lol 4weeks and 5 days as of today my HCG levels Monday was 149 and Wednesday at 394 with a progestrogene level at 15. I have a lot of bloating my uterus feeling heavy , some groin pressure and light very light cramping like going to start my period but nothing bad and VERY TIRED!!!! We go Monday to get a sonogram done because the doctor is hoping to see least the sac. I am very positive that my baby isn't in the tubes and I pray our baby made a home in my uterus!
