Hi! I just found out The amazing news that I am pregnant (1st pregnancy) only 2 days ago. I am seeing my doctor in 5days to confirm how far along I am but I must be 4weeks. Today I have experienced very bad diarhea 🙈 I haven't eaten in almost 12hrs cuz everything is running right through me. I am doing my best to stay hydrated with water, i had some oj & little bit of broth earlier. I am beginning to get a little hungy now but do not want experience the terribled cramps I felt earlier today. Any suggestions please?!
