5 days of positive OPk

Like the title said I’ve been getting positive OPK for 5 days now. Af doesn’t arrive for another two weeks. My last two cycles have been 33 cd. Help?
 
Multiple positive OPKs a month can indicate PCOS or another hormonal issue. I have PCOS, and cannot use OPKs because of this issue.
