"5 year old girl gives birth" - Do you believe its possible?

very sad that there are girls of this age getting pregnant :nope:

Yeah I think it's true. I read about it ages ago, I think it was her dad's baby because he raped her. I'll go read the link now but it's most probably the same one

I watched a documentary a couple of years ago about a woman who was born already pubescent (sp)...it is a rare condition, but it is true. The poor woman had such a terrible time growing up as she couldnt explain her 'pubic hair' to her friends when she was so little. It also meant that she would be going through the menopause early, whilst all her friends would probably be off starting families :nope:

But to get pregnant so young is such an awful thing to have to go through. As if it's not bad enough to go through a condition like that, you then get raped by a family member

A school friend of mine went through the menopause aged just 19, the doctors told her "have a baby now because this is your only chance" so she did, :(

And another school friend of mines little sister started puberty aged 2/3 :(

Yep I am sure I read this in some online records :(

That poor child to be raped and get pregnant it must have been tramanic on her body and her mind.

I don't believe in abortions but in that case I do believe she should have had a abortion if possible.

That just sad. Who ever did it needed to go to prison.

That's a sad thought, going into menopause so young. I would have tried to have a baby first too; did your friend manage to have a child (if you don't mind me asking)?

My mom had a hysterectomy in her early 30's due to PCOS; she always says she probably would have had another child if she could. Early menopause was difficult for her, I can't imagine it happening even younger.

Sad huh?

She did manage to fall PG, could you imagine time slipping away before you had the chance to become a mum, must be so sad :(

The human body is capable of amazing and wierd things, although this is one this that is really sad and shouldn't happen. Poor little things.

The pregnancy is one way of finding out about a rape though, which may have gone on for years and years if it didn't happen, if you catch my drift. (Im defo NOT saying that pregancy is a good thing at this age!)

:nope: Omg that poor little girl, she was only a baby herself

it breaks my heart to read story's like this

I have only just hear this. Oh my god.. It feels like it shouldnt have been true but its been proven. Poor girl. She would have been 4 years old when she got pregnant :nope: who would think to do something like that? I really hope this never happens again to anyone. But the sad thing is it probably has happened since :nope:

How sad. I heard of a baby that had periods, and also heard of an 8 year old that had twins, so I know this kind of thing is possible, but how on earth did she get pregnant? I assume it was the result of abuse, because a 5 year old shoudn't even be interested in guys  Poor thing was robbed of her childhood.

I feel sick with this sort of thing. Childhood is robbed from so many. It makes me feel so ill. I wont google her name or anything because I would rather not see. So sad :(
