Have just looked at half of the threads on this section and we all must be having the same issues with our 5 year old. It must be the age! Made me feel so much better about my 5 year old behaviour which can be so frustrating at the moment. I think I can relate to every thread I have red in some way or another so it must be normal behaviour.

Every Mum who finds themselves on this forum give yourself a break and a pat on the back. If you were a pants Mum you wouldn’t be using these forums to seek help and reassurance.

It’s going to be ok xxxx

My 4 and6 year old are being nothing but hooligans.eaving stuff all over, fighting with each other... I'm drained!

I'm one of the worriers of a 5 year old boy!
Nice to know I'm not alone !
5 is by far the most difficult age so far imo
Forget terrible twos!

Eeek DD1 is soon to be five ! We already have a few difficult moments with her!

5 was hard for my son too he's 7 now and he has his moments but he can control himself a lot better.xx

My dd is tall for her age and I forget and have to remind myself she is only 5. She is acting and trying on all different attitudes at the minute. She’s more tiring to keep up with than my 2 month old haha

4 and 5 have been the toughest so far.
I'm dreading the teen years. If these years are anything to go by, my oldest is going to be a sassy teen.

It is a stressful age. I found age 3 the hardest though. Nothing so far has compared to how horrific that age was for me!

I can't handle 4 and 5. Give me the total dependency of babyhood any day over this drama.
