5dpo- did provera help???

Ok ladies!! I have had pcos for almost 9 years.. dr gave me provera in april, since then I have had 2 AF and 2 spells of just spotting. I went and got my provera and clomid filled- currently on day 2 of provera waiting to take the clomid, and FF recorded my charts with a big red coverline!! lol is it possible to have ovulated from the provera "jump starting" my body??? I am almost in disbelief?? Even if I dont get a BFP this time around, then the clomid is sure to work right??? My symptoms (before FF said I ovulated) is back pain very light cramping and nausea. Could this really be happening?? or could it be a mistake from FF???? as far as my dr and I believe I have never ovulated, EVER! so for me this is very exciting. But my dr says to continue the provera, and if I dont have af by the end of provera, take a pregnancy test. Anyway ladies, yall take a look at my chart and tell me what you think!!!!!!
