5dpo EWCM

I am (what I believe) 5dpo today (although COULD be 4dpo). I do not temp but I had a + OPK 6 days ago. I have had watery CM so far through TWW but today I had some EWCM. Was very stretchy so definitely NOT semen. I have only had it once and it was probably about 1/2 size of a penny so not too much.

I did take another OPK just incase I geared up to ovulate and didn't for some reason a few days ago but there was no test line at all, stark white so definitely not ovulating. I am so confused. Anybody else had this?

This is normal A few days after ovulation, your body has a secondary surge of estrogen, which is the hormone responsible for ovulation. You'll sometimes see EWCM during that surge. You don't temp, but if you did, you'd probably notice a drop in BBT on that day, as well. I experience this on either 4 or 5 DPO every cycle.

I was worried that I was broken, you have helped put my mind at rest. I ordered a BBT the other day so will be temping next cycle if this one is unsuccessful x
