6-7 week growth spurt is killing my boobs

My easygoing little girl is now obsessed with nursing since 6 weeks. She's 7 weeks now and it continues. Prior to this she would go 2-4 hours between feeds, but now she'll nurse for hours. When will it end?

I'm dealing with the same thing with my 5 week old. My pedi told me its a growth spurt and shouldn't last too long. I also was prescribed triple nipple ointment which seems to be helping with my sore nipples! Good luck
