6 DPO lots of creamy CM

Ok so I'm on 6 DPO and I checked my CM internally and it's almost a glob of white thick creamy CM..

When I got home I found a glob of white creamy CM on panties...

Is this a sign? My nipples feel very sore also..

Also I had a strange pulling sensation on right side of stomach?

I'm not sure if that's a sign but I hope so. I'm on 10dpo and up until 7/8dpo I had thick creamy cm and the past couple days I've been having a watery discharge...sooo weird. I wish I had an answer for you but I'm still in the tww like you.
