6 DPO with fever of 100.3; is this bad?

Just wondering if anyone knows, i think i am about 6DPO today and last night I had a temperature of 100.3 F, just wondering if this will hurt my chances of getting pregnant, or if i am if that is bad? any opinions would help!

high temps are not good, try tylenol (paracetamol in UK) 4 hourly to reduce it but you should be ok

Thanks for the reply, the fever is gone now but had it last night, felt awful all day yesterday. Didnt have any tylenol and felt too awful to go to the store to get some so just went to sleep. Fever was gone when i woke up this morning. I hope everything turns out ok
