6 month old teething out of order

Hi everyone.
My 6 month old has started teething recently, and has just cut a bottom side tooth... And is about to cut a top canine. I've always heard that it is the front bottom 2 and then the top front 2 that cut first. I can't see any signs of any of those coming in at all yet.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Also, if anyone has any teething relief suggestions I would love to hear them! It's really upsetting the little man during the day, and he woke up frequently last night whining where he usually sleeps through (but I'm not sure if that is due to teething or maybe his 6 month growth spurt?).

yes my first ds was the same it's called cross cutting can mean it's a little more painful for them but look into the Amber anklets/bracelets there amazing

My son cut his top eye teeth around 6 months and now at 12 months just finally got the middle two. He was like a little vampire for so long! haha
It was quite painful for him and we used an amber teething necklace.
