6 second abs.

I am totally rubbish at doing sit ups or anything to do with toning my stomach which is my number one problem area, so I bought this thing called 6 second abs & OH MY GOD it feels like the perfect sit up and is so good, I am going to do about 20 a day spreed across the day & I only done a few so far and my stomach feels like it's had the best work out ever, very impressed! ​

I thought that was some kind of robot on first glance That sounds really good, I might invest in one when I'm closer to my goal weight, I have too much fat there right now to tone anything!
