6 week check

We both have our 6 week check up on Friday, please can anyone tell me what I should expect?

It seems like such a long time ago but from what I can remember, the doc checked the following on Lewis:- hips, front & back of chest for breathing, groin area, drop reflex (where she pretends to drop him to see his reflexes) I think there may of been a couple of others but that's all I can remember.

As for you, if you have any concerns about your own health then let the doc know and they'll discuss/check with you, i.e. contraception, stitches, bleeding, blood pressure, post natal depression etc.

Hannah and I didn't have a check together. But at my check they asked me a ton of questions (seeing if I was depressed), talked about birth control, and did a quick check to make sure all was healing properly

They just checked Lexie over:-

Moving her legs to see if she has clicky hip.
Checked the top of her mouth.
Listened to her heart.
Looked into her eyes.
Checked her soft spot.
Opened her vagina lips to see if everything was alright there.

And just asked about her. If she's had any problems/illnesses,etc.

I also got asked how I was feeling, etc. And he had a feel of my tummy to see if everything is going back to normal ok.
