Sorry mama but you really can't tell anything at 6 weeks. Even at 12 weeks it's still just a guess of course. My advice would be to post again when you have a scan at 12+ .
If you know when you had sex compared to when you ovulated you can try to speculate that way as supposedly sperm with the male chromosome swim faster but die off quicker. Female are slower swimmers but can survive longer. So, the closer you had sex to ovulation, the better chances of a boy and vice versa. Course if you happen to be uh, very active, then who knows! lol.
