6 weeks spotting and boobs feel better

Hi everyone I've been worrying my self silly for the last few days, I had spotting on Saturday but only the tiniest amount, I was feeling ok because my boobs were so sore but I did a test and it was the darkest I've ever seen, any way today over woken up had more spotting and my boobs dont hurt at all! Has anyone else had this and been ok or is it over for me?

I had a blood clot (SCH) with my youngest and spotted a few times around 6 weeks (twice) and again 9 weeks I think. I was put on progesterone suppositories then.
