7+1 weeks. Gush of brown blood? Help!

I've had this for the past couple of days too! Mine has slowed down alot since this morning, but it was very terrifying! I go to the doctor tomorrow for my first appointment. Good luck!

I'm seeing my gp at 12 and have a scan at 2! (it's 9am here now)

Well , you know those pulling/stretching pains u get in your lower abdomen when you cough or sneeze sharply? Well they are way worse.. That kind of makes me think my belly or uterus is having a growth spurt and the blood was from that

When I wiped I saw a slight brown tinge to my mucus so I pushed a bit more wee out then wiped and the tp was covered in brown that was more mucusy than blood though. I left work and went to the emergency room but there was a massive wait. I checked again and it was more like a huge wet spot in my undies with a brown bit in the middle. Nothing else was coming out anymore. So I called my gp and he said don't wait all night he will get me a scan tomorrow, there's nothing they can do anyway.

Is this normal?? Has anyone else had this?? I had an ultrasound 6 days ago could it possibly have been caused by that?

Just some advice in your own words you had posted not too long ago:

Brown blood is usually considered old blood, and there could be tons of reasons, will be keeping my fingers crossed for you that all is well xx

Im sorry if you didnt mean for it to come across that way but this could be misconstrued as being rather cold and unkind, in future it might be best to stick with positive and encouraging posts when dealing with someone who is clearly upset and worried

Thanks to everyone who left me positive messages!
What I was hoping for was people to share similar experiences and everything was healthy!
Like I said, the fact that it was brown blood, 6 days after an internal scan, and I have a eroded cervix (sounds worse than it is! Just means my cervix is bumpy not smooth so bleeds easily when touched) makes me think it's nothing at all to worry about!
But I will let you know for sure after my scan in 4 hours!

I'm not miscarrying though! Why do you keep bringing up that word!!!
I've had one wipe of BROWN blood!
So WHY do you keep throwing the miscarriage word in my face????
Do you get enjoyment out of causing pregnant women undue stress???

For those who care, or those experiencing the same thing everything is fine! Baby has done 10 days worth of growing in just 7 days since my last scan! They moved my edd forward 3 days and the heart rate has increased from 115 last week to 147 today!
They don't know what caused the bleeding but aren't concerned as it was brown, and everything looks good!

Great news, I have been a little worried about brown spotting over the weekend too. My midwife is going to get me an earlier scan than 12 weeks (hopefully monday or tuesday) as I've been a bit worried that my symptoms have massively decreased too Hopefully it'll turn out fine like yours
