7 DPO and possible temp drop?

Has anyone had a temp drop at 7dpo?

This morning I took my temp while still in bed and it said 97.2 which was way lower than normal. I got up and took it again in the washroom and it was 97.9.

I am now thinking my thermometer is faulty... I am driving myself crazy!

It's normal to have a temp drop around 7dpo. It's caused from either the baby implanting, OR an estrogen surge. It's normal either way Hope it's a good sign, especially since it dropped so low! xx




ETA: Your temp was much higher because you got up and used the washroom before taking your temp again. That's why you are supposed to do it immediately as you wake, before you get up or even speak
