7 week ultrasound- Ramzi theory?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Ramzi theory and how accurate it was for you. Also feel free to take any guesses at my baby's gender based on it.

I think that's meant to be a girl then? I'm no expert except I remember reading you put it on your belly and that's the right side, so that would put it on the left side?
