8-9 DPO - symptoms? Or not?

Hi! So, I'm about 8-9 DPO at a guess (not charting or temping, etc.)

I had EXTREMELY sore nipples for about 4 days after assumed ovulation, which have now gone away. Just yesterday I noticed that after eating, I'm having these airy-type burp things that sort of continue for about half an hour? I wouldn't say it's painful, but it's a little uncomfortable. And it's not acidic or anything. Is this heartburn?

I also think I might be constipated for the past day and a half. I normally have absolutely no problem going to the toilet and sometimes go more than once a day. Didn't go at all yesterday, and haven't gone today yet either.

I got a really sharp shooting pain in my left breast yesterday which sort of stopped me in my tracks. It went for about 10 seconds? Haven't had it again.

I do have lower back pain, but that's quite normal for me as I work in a job that has me hunched over at work all day.

I've had no nausea or increased/decreased appetite, and I'm no more tired than I usually am

Anyone had similar symptoms? At what point should I test?

I take it back. Feeling slightly nauseous now. From stressing out?! Maybe.

Also just have quite thick and stretchy CM in my underwear.

I too am 8 dpo. I honestly think my "symptoms" are psychological. I have felt crampy and today had a mild back ache. I've been a little constipated (tmi!!) and had off white cm since ovulation. I used opks and got a strong positive so I'm fairly certain of my window of opportunity. This is month 4 trying and I'm feeling a little dejected that I don't have like real real symptoms. But hopefully we will get our bfp this month. I caved and tested this morning. Bfn.

It's probably too early to test though, so wait a few days and try again! I'm trying to wait as long as possible. Tests in Australia cost too much money

All those symptoms sound great, hope it's your month.

I am really trying to to symptom spot but my boobs have been my main symptom this cycle...they are huge, hot, tingly and I have pricking sensations on my nipples...

I am worried as I think it's too early I'm only 4dpo and have had this last couple of days! Not even sure it's possible to be getting such strong pregnancy signs this early but this is def not normal!!
