I know some seafood is high in mercury which isn't good when you're preggers. I know you're supposed to avoid or limit to very small amounts of shellfish. I don't wanna give you the wrong info (I'm exhausted and kinda medicine headed right now and I'm on my phone and my laptops downstairs and its a nightmare to try to post links from my phone) but tomorrow I well post some links for you.
A great book to get is either what to expect when you're expecting or your pregnancy week by week. Both have a ton of good info in them and you may even be able to google them and get daily emails.
But definitely avoid ibuprofen or any meds without first getting your dr.s okay. The seafood I will lookup tomorrow after I've had some sleep
