8 week ultrasound after spotting

At 7 weeks I had an ultrasound which showed a healthy baby with a heartbeat of 144 bpm. During that ultrasound they saw free fluid in my utrerin cavity. This morning I woke up to very light brown spotting. I went to the doctor and had another ultrasound. I'm 7 weeks 6 days and my baby looks way bigger with a heartbeat of 156 bpm! The free fluid is gone so that is probably what the spotting was. I'm so relieved! I'm still so worried about a miscarriage but things seem to be looking up. If everything looks ok right now, doesn't that mean my chance of miscarriage is pretty low? I just need some reassurance. I had a blighted ovum last year and have terrible anxiety.

Congrats!!! I also had an ultrasound yesterday at 7w3d with a heartbeat of 158bpm and measuring right on track!

That's awesome! Congrats! I hate it when they measure my hcg. It went from 24,700 to 79,000 in 12 days. That seems like a very slow rise but my ultrasound looked good. Now I can stress about something else
