8 weeks postpartum

Hi. I had my baby 8 weeks ago but for last 4 weeks I have had stomach cramps, increased discharge and increasingly bad diarrhea. My appetite isn't huge at the moment either. My period has not yet returned even though i am not breast feeding.
I mentioned it to Dr at 6 week check but she didn't care.
Is it just me? Does anyone know what it could be? Any ideas how to return to normal?

I felt just like this untill my period came at 11 weeks, i wasn't BF either, i even took 2 pregnancy tests because i felt so bad xx
