8 Weeks pregnant but showed 5 weeks on scan?!?!?!

I had my hcg levels checked on the third and they were almost 5000. I went in for a scan on friday and there was only a gestational sac measuring 5 weeks. SO concerned and since its the weekend I haven't even been able to talk to my doctor about it. I'm feeling pretty positive about my dates, especially since me and DH only had unprotected sex the ONE night. Very little cramping, ( mostly due to a cyst on my left ovary) and no spotting or bleeding.... anyone have a similar story that turned out okay?!?!

Hcg sounds about right for 5 weeks. Did they do TV or just abdominal? I had them tell me my daughter was just a sack measuring 5 weeks when I was 7 and sure of my dates. They only did a rush abdominal and clearly wanted to go home. I went 3 days later to PP and she was measuring perfect even abdominally. The tech there told me the other one clearly did something wrong.
