8dpo help with bbt charting

Hey ladies.

I was wondering if there was anyone who could look at my chart for me please?

I ovulated 8 days ago according to ff. I done a frer yesterday morning, faint bfp, done another last night bfn and this morning temp risen again.

Anyone with any experience on charting?

Is mine looking triphasic?

Hi hon I have been charting for 4 cycles now including this cycle.
Ure chart looks good. It's hard to say if ure pregnant but if ure temps keep rising that's a good sign. 5dpo cud of been a Implantation dip. Seems a little early but anything is possible.
8dpo is very early to test. I'd maybe leave untill 10 or 11dpo and test again.

Your chart looks good still early so like pp 10dpo you should have a better answer. If temps keep rising or remaining high that's a good sign, fx'd!

Frer's website is covered in false postive review right now, so take that for what its worth.

From the look of your chart I think you're 7dpo rather than 8. Two reasons, #1, ovulation is confirmed by the biphasic shift and not a dip. The dip can be completely absent and as long as the rise occurs and is sustained you'll still have ovulated. #2, because you had a positive OPK on the day it says you ovulated. Usually its going to be 24-48 hours after the positive. It isnt impossible you ovulated that day but i really think this is a 7dpo chart. It look good. Try to hold out for more testing....or you know, pee on alllllll the things for alllllll the days. Whatever works.

So I've updated my bbt chart as attached. I'm not sure what to think at the moment. I done a superdrug test this morning and bfn I get go this point and hope for AF to show so I can start over again.

What do you think of my temps? Xx

I hope so. Been trying for 6 months so far, I have children already so know I can conceive. Do you know how much temps drop when they start to drop before af?

Good morning ladies

So I'm 12dpo, temps still high this morning I've just brought some tests but expecting another bfn today. Been abit crampy on and off.

Does anyone know when temps start to dip approaching AF?

Chart only looks 8dpo today to me thats when the clear thermal shift happened unless day 18 was some kind of anomaly.

As far as dips, everyone is different. Some get a slow downward trend. Some get a deep dip a day or two before. Some get a drop the morning of the day af will arrive (this is me, I wear a sensor at night and mg temp will drop low, then af arrives in the afternoon).

Hi, your temp is supposed to start dropping 3 days before AF comes. I have I graph that I love because it has everything on it but I don’t know why it won’t let me upload it

Thank you for your replies.

My last 4 cycles have been 26 days exactly. Today ff says I'm currently 13dpo and I'm on cycle day 28. I've had AF cramping on and off and needed to 'check' but nothing!! Anxiously waiting/expecting AF to show any minute but also not sure what's happening with my temps!
